Where are you located?

We are located on Hawkesbury Valley Way heading towards Richmond just before the RAAF base.

Do you offer car parking in your hotel?

Yes. The car park is located in front of the hotel and is complimentary.

Can I use the grounds for photographs?

The grounds can be used for photographic or video shoots if you are having a function, wedding or conference at the hotel. If you are not participating in, or holding an event you can hire the grounds for a fee of $400. Permission must be sought, and payment made before commencement of the photography. Permission is subject to approval based on the purpose of the shoot and other in consideration of other activities occurring at the time of the intended photographic shoot.

Can I have a Wedding rehearsal at the Chapel?

Complimentary use of the Chapel for your rehearsal is available. Please speak to your wedding coordinator to arrange.

Can I have a drone to take photographs at my wedding or event?

Unfortunately due to the proximity of the hotel to the Richmond airbase and the strict rules of security around the base, we cannot have drones taking photos over the property.

Can I have release balloons or doves at my wedding or event?

Unfortunately due to the proximity of the hotel to the Richmond airbase and the strict rules of security around the base, there are restrictions on the number of balloons/doves that can be released. Please speak to your Wedding or Social coordinator so they can guide you with what is acceptable.

Can I have my wedding reception in Harvest Restaurant?

Harvest Restaurant is not available for weddings, however, there are several function areas which can accommodate between 20 and 160 guests to suit your taste and budget.

How do I get to/ from the Airport to your hotel?

The most efficient method of getting to the airport is via taxi or private car. It is about a 65 minute drive using the M7, M2 and Harbour Bridge Tunnel. You can catch a train from Windsor Station to Central, where you can change lines for the International and Domestic terminals. This will take approximately 2 hours.

Do you offer free WiFi?

Complimentary wireless internet is available for all guests at check in.

Can I have a late check out and/or early check in?

Early check ins are subject to availability. Please contact the hotel on (02) 4577 4222 on the day of arrival. Late check outs are also subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

Do you have a swimming pool?

The swimming pool is heated and open from 7am to 10pm daily. It is located in the centre of the hotel.

How far is it to Windsor Station?

Windsor Station is approximately a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute car ride from the hotel. A shuttle to the station can be arranged. Please check with the front desk.

Do you offer babysitting services?

Our hotel does not provide a babysitting service, however, concierge is happy to provide you with information on reputable agencies.

Can I have luggage stored for the day?

Yes, please contact concierge during your stay to arrange collection and complimentary storage.

What time does reception close?

For your convenience, our reception is open 24 hours a day.

What dining options are available in your hotel?

We have four dining options available in the hotel, including Harvest Restaurant, Gazebo, Barracks Bar and in-room dining.

Do you have laundry services?

Dry cleaning is available six days a week, excluding Public Holidays. Alternatively, we have coin operated washing machines and dryers located in the Barracks wing near the children’s playground.

Do you have a tennis court?

Yes. It is located to the left-hand side upon entry. Please contact the concierge to check availability when making a booking.

Can I book my IHG Rewards night with the Hotel directly?

All reward/point night bookings need to be booked directly with IHG Rewards Club by telephone, internet or through your online account.
