Hotel Update

With regional travel restrictions easing, the safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is our top priority. To keep guests safe, the hotel experience may feel a little different with new hygiene protocols, social distancing measures & dining restrictions in place. If you have any questions regarding your stay which are not covered below, please come and see one of our friendly staff at reception.

Our IHG Clean Promise

As we all adjust to new travel norms we are enhancing the experience for you, our hotel guests, by redefining and supporting wellbeing throughout your stay. We are expanding our commitment to cleanliness by:

  • Using new science-led protocols and service measures to enhance the already existing IHG Way of Clean
  • Partnering with industry leading experts Cleveland ClinicEcolab and Diversey
  • Making use of appropriate PPE to ensure the safety of our team and hotel guests

This is our promise to you: We, Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley are committed to high levels of cleanliness.  That means clean, well maintained, clutter free rooms that meet our standards.  If this is not what you find when you check-in then we promise to make it right.

Services & Amenities

Gym – our gymnasium is now open 24/7 to all in house guests. Please remember to wipe down your equipment after use and be mindful of social distancing when sharing the space with others. The maximum gym capacity is 20 people.

Pool – Open to all in house guests from 7am to 10pm. Please be mindful of social distancing when sharing this space with others. Maximum pool area capacity is 20 people.

Spa – Villa Thalgo Day Spa is now open for all treatments. Group treatments are allowed to a maximum of two people. Hours of operation: Mon – Fri 9am-5pm, Sat – Sun 9am-6pm. To book and to view treatment options please visit or call 02 4577 1254

Stay Over Service – As an additional level of precaution, hotel staff will not enter your room during your stay except to perform housekeeping. Should you wish to have a Greener Stay, you can elect to not have you room serviced for two or more consecutive nights – just advise our Front Desk Team.

Dining With Us

Breakfast – will be served from Gazebo Restaurant between 6:30am – 10:30am. We are excited to announce that our full buffet breakfast has returned, with restrictions now easing. Prefer breakfast in bed? View our In Room Breakfast Menu

Room Service – our room service will continue to operate as usual offering you breakfast, lunch and dinner (or that late night snack) in the comfort of your own room should you desire.
