CROWNE PLAZA HAWKESBURY VALLEY
We share tips and suggestions to make your stay in the Hawkesbury Valley a memorable one.
The experienced staff at Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley cater to the needs of guests by providing an extensive range of services and facilities. We ensure your visit is a memorable one as our team can assist with a variety of itinerary and activity sheets for exploring the Hawkesbury Valley.
Whether it is exploring the historical buildings of the area, following the food harvest trail, picking apples at a local orchid or exploring the National Park, we can put the ideal day together for you.
Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley is nestled in The Hawkesbury region, centre of the vast wilderness of the Blue Mountains and Wollemi National Parks. The Haweskbury River meanders from Brooklyn through Wiseman’s Ferry and the townships of Richmond and Windsor, where some of the earliest colonial settlements were born.
The Hawkesbury region hosts a number of annual events including the Bridge to Bridge Water Ski Classic. This event started way back in 1961 and has been a popular contest on the Hawkesbury. The finish line is at Governor Phillip Park in Windsor so get yourself down there for a great spectacular. The annual Kurrajong-A-Buzz festival is a free, family friendly event with displays, educational activities, stalls and a community BBQ run by the local fire brigade.
