Governor Phillip Ballroom

The Governor Phillip Ballroom takes its inspiration from fairy tales and old world luxury. The venue features ornate ceilings, chandeliers and a private entrance. A spacious pre-function area, bar and fireplace (during winter) is also available for your exclusive use.

Our Richmond Room seats up to 130 guests in comfort and style. It features ornate ceilings and light fittings making it perfect for lavish decoration and styling. The Richmond room opens out onto our Samuel Marsden Courtyard. This urban haven features a city garden feel with a fairy light canopy. It is ideal for pre-reception drinks and socialising before your reception formalities.

The Windsor Room will seat up to 130 guests, and features ornate ceiling and light fittings as well as an outdoor courtyard. The courtyard overlooks landscaped gardens, and is ideal for your pre-dinner drinks. Features include natural light, large undercover veranda with outdoor breakout area and disabled access.

The Woods
A stunning wooden deck overlooking our lakeside is the perfect location for your dream ceremony. Nestled in the trees, dappled in sunlight, The Woods allows you to get back to nature and experience your special day in style.
Beautifully set with 40 white garden chairs, red carpet & signing table, the Woods is a truly unique location. With a towering canopy of trees to shade you during the warmer months, the romantic ceiling of fairy lights offers something special for a twilight ceremony.
The Chapel
Our Chapel, set amidst beautifully landscaped gardens, offers the perfect setting for your wedding ceremony. The surrounding gardens provide a delightful backdrop for your wedding photographs.
Recently refurbished, the Chapel is beautifully adorned with high ceilings, exposed rafters and is fully air-conditioned. Ready for use, it comes complete with white chairs and seats up to100 guests with standing room for an additional 10 guests.
Lakeside
Our manicured lawn provides a delightful setting for any size outdoor ceremony. Whilst we provide a red carpet, signing table and 40 of our white garden chairs, our wedding specialists can assist in helping create a personalised and memorable ceremony.
