Set off for the day and enjoy tasting paddles at Karu Distillery, Hillbilly Cider, Bilpin Cider Co., Tizzana Winery and Jubilee Vineyard. After a day of sips and laughter, return to the hotel for a delicious dinner (and maybe another drink) before calling it a night in your comfortable, stylish guest room.
