Hotel Update

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff is our top priority. As we all adjust to a new normal, we ask all guests to regularly familiarize themselves with the latest requirements for attending hospitality venues in NSW. If you have any questions regarding your stay which are not covered below, please come and see one of our friendly staff at reception.

 

Our IHG Clean Promise

As we all adjust to new travel norms we are enhancing the experience for you, our hotel guests, by redefining and supporting wellbeing throughout your stay. We are expanding our commitment to cleanliness by:

  • Using new science-led protocols and service measures to enhance the already existing IHG Way of Clean
  • Partnering with industry leading experts Cleveland ClinicEcolab and Diversey
  • Making use of appropriate PPE to ensure the safety of our team and hotel guests

This is our promise to you: We, Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley are committed to high levels of cleanliness.  That means clean, well maintained, clutter free rooms that meet our standards.  If this is not what you find when you check-in then we promise to make it right.

Services & Amenities

Gym – our gymnasium is open

Pool – our indoor heated pool is open

Spa – Villa Thalgo Day Spa is currently closed due to recent flooding. Should you wish to purchase products or a gift voucher, please visit villathalgo.com.au or see our friendly team at reception.

Stay Over Service – For health and safety, hotel staff will not enter your room during your stay except to perform housekeeping. Should you wish to have your room serviced, please allow our staff to social distance whilst cleaning your room.  Feel free to walk our gardens while your stay over service is completed. Should you wish to have a Greener Stay, you can elect to not have your room serviced for two or more consecutive nights – just advise our Front Desk Team.

Dining With Us

Breakfast – will be served in Gazebo restaurant between 6:30am – 10am (Mon-Fri) & 7am – 10:30am (Sat-Sun). Should you prefer room service, please view our In Room Breakfast Menu

Lunch – will be available from 11am in Barracks Bar or via room service. View our all day dining Barracks Bar Menu

Dinner – Harvest Restaurant will be open for bookings on Fridays & Saturdays from 6pm. For all other nights, dinner will be available in Barracks Bar. View Harvest Restaurant Menu. View Wine List.

Room Service – Our room service will continue to operate 24hrs offering you breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night goodies in the comfort of your own room. Call us anytime to place your order. Mini Bar On Demand – our minibar on demand service offers a great range of tasty snacks and refreshing drinks to nibble on throughout your stay. Just make your selection and we’ll bring it straight to your room. View Mini Bar Menu
