BYO alcohol is strictly NOT permitted. There will be delicious food and drinks available to purchase on the night from 5pm including chips, pop-corn, ice-creams, chocolates and more along with our pop-up bar for all your beverage needs. Additionally, you are welcome to dine in either Harvest Bar or Harvest Restaurant pre or post event.
Male and Female toilets will be located inside the hotel reception. Please note that there will be no portable toilets available at the lakeside.
A limited number of bean bags and blankets are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own. Strictly no chairs permitted.
In the event of wet weather our event will still go ahead but will be indoors located within our hotel.
