Windsor Room

  • 50-250 pax.

Capable of hosting up to 250 delegates cocktail style, the Windsor room includes a large undercover veranda with an outdoor break out area. It also features a large pre-function area and disabled access, and is ideal for larger conferences and events.

Richmond Room

  • 50-250 pax.

This large conference space is filled with natural light and includes an adjoining courtyard with seating. A large pre-function area, disabled access and the ability to host up to 250 delegates cocktail style means that the Richmond Room is ideal for larger events.

Governor Phillip Ballroom

  • 50-230 pax.

Catering for up to 230 delegates cocktail style, the Governor Phillip Ballroom features ornate ceilings, chandeliers and natural light as well as a spacious pre-function area and bar for the exclusive use of your guests.

Lachlan Macquarie Room

  • 30-70 pax.

With more than ample natural light and an enclosed pre-function area with courtyard access, the Lachlan Macquarie room can host up to 70 delegates in a wide range of layouts.

John Tebbutt Room

  • 25-50 pax.

Capable of hosting up to 50 delegates, the John Tebbutt Room features a high, 3.6m ceiling with abundant natural light. It also features access to a purpose built break out room as well as an adjacent outdoor undercover courtyard.

Samuel Marsden Room

  • 20-30 pax.

Capable of accomodating up to 30 delegates, the Samuel Marsden Room is ideal for smaller conferences and events. This room features ample natural light and immediate access to a courtyard area with seating, and can be setup with a layout to suit your needs.

Harvest Rooms

  • 20-30 pax. (Harvest One) | 20-50 pax. (Harvest Two)

Located off our Harvest Restaurant, these light-filled rooms feature disabled access and cater to smaller groups. They are ideal for everything from board meetings to team dinners and feature a number of possible layouts.

Executive Boardroom

  • 14 pax.

Capable of hosting 14 delegates, the Executive Boardroom features a large Rosewood boardroom table and high-backed seats. It is ideal for board meetings.

We held our annual Finance conference at Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley in Dec 2021. It was truly a fantastic experience, the event co-ordinator Samantha was incredibly thoughtful, helping to plan our event down to the last detail. We had a very easy check-in and I felt the safety precautions in place for Covid were excellent. The rooms had been updated and they were very comfortable and stylish. The conference room was setup with the latest technology and it was very accessible to our guests. We had a Christmas buffet dinner on the last night with the Gin Testing event. The food was great and so was the service. Thanks Crowne Plaza we really enjoyed the event.
